increase communication among teachers, with strong emphasis on education and fellowship,
and to provide outlets for students to increase their skills and motivation.

opportunities for professional growth through informative workshops,
performance opportunities for students as well as teachers,
and fellowship and support for its members through monthly meetings and social activities.
